This page explains what Closers Team does with the details you send us. It is short because we keep very little.
What we collect
When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your email and whatever it contains. We collect nothing else about you.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean replying with questions, preparing the buyer map you asked for, or setting up a call. We do not add you to a list or send you anything you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until your request is closed, and then for up to 12 months in case you come back to us about the same thing. After that we delete them.
Who sees it
Only the people at Closers Team who handle your request. We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them with anyone.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track your visit.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it or delete it at any time. Write to deborah.ames@closersteam.co, or send the request through our contact form, and we will act on it. If you simply want us to stop contacting you, reply "stop" to any message from us.
